IGNITE Liability Agreement

The INR IGNITE Combustion System is a specialty automotive performance system designed to create controlled ignition events within a vehicle’s exhaust system for visual and exhibition purposes.

The system may include components such as:

• dedicated fuel delivery hardware
• secondary fuel storage
• ignition hardware located within the exhaust system
• electronic control modules
• injectors and spark ignition components
• wiring harnesses and control interfaces

The system intentionally produces visible flames and combustion events and is therefore considered a high-risk automotive performance device.

The Purchaser understands and acknowledges that use of a combustion-based exhaust system involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:

• fire hazards
• burns including severe or third-degree burns
• personal injury
• death
• vehicle damage
• property damage
• mechanical or electrical system failure
• unintended ignition events
• environmental fire hazards
• legal or regulatory violations depending on jurisdiction

The Purchaser knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the installation and operation of the system.

The INR IGNITE system is intended for off-road use, motorsport environments, controlled exhibition use, or operation on private property unless otherwise permitted by local laws.

The Purchaser accepts full responsibility for determining whether installation or use of the system complies with local, state, or federal regulations.

INR FAB makes no representation that the system is street legal in any jurisdiction.

The Purchaser acknowledges that installation of the system may require modifications to the vehicle, including but not limited to:

• cutting or modifying the exhaust system
• installation of fuel injectors and ignition components within the exhaust
• installation of secondary fuel storage
• routing fuel lines through vehicle compartments
• drilling of body, interior trim, or trunk panels to route fuel lines or wiring
• mounting control modules and associated hardware

These modifications may be permanent or semi-permanent.

The Purchaser assumes full responsibility for any results of installation or modification.

Installation videos, instructions, and any other guidance provided by INR FAB are offered as general reference only. They are provided as-is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular vehicle, configuration, or skill level.

The Purchaser is solely responsible for verifying the correctness and safety of the installation, regardless of whether the provided instructions were followed. INR FAB shall not be held liable for any damage, injury, malfunction, or loss arising from following, misunderstanding, or deviating from the provided instructions, including installations performed exactly as instructed.

The Purchaser acknowledges that the INR IGNITE system may utilize an auxiliary fuel supply for flame generation.

Improper storage, installation, handling, or leakage of fuel may create risks including:

• vehicle fires
• structural fires
• environmental damage
• injury or death

The Purchaser assumes full responsibility for:

• safe fuel handling
• proper installation of fuel tanks and lines
• inspection and maintenance of fuel delivery components
• ensuring the system is not used near flammable materials, structures, vegetation, or fuel sources

INR FAB shall not be held responsible for any damages arising from fuel leakage, ignition, fire spread, or improper fuel handling.

The Purchaser agrees to operate the system responsibly and only in environments where ignition events will not pose a risk to:

• people
• vehicles
• structures
• wildlife
• vegetation
• flammable materials

The Purchaser acknowledges that misuse of the system may result in severe injury, death, or significant property damage.

The INR IGNITE system is a specialty performance product.

INR FAB does not guarantee:

• flame size or intensity
• visual effect consistency
• compatibility with modified vehicles
• safe operation in all environments

Environmental conditions, vehicle configuration, and installation quality may affect operation.

The system is covered by the limited warranty stated on its product page. That warranty covers system function only, for 6 months from delivery. Damage of any kind, whether to the vehicle, surrounding components, or anything else, is not covered.

The Purchaser assumes responsibility for safe use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Purchaser releases, waives, and discharges INR FAB LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from:

• installation of the system
• operation of the system
• misuse of the system
• vehicle damage
• property damage
• personal injury
• fire
• explosion
• death

This release applies regardless of whether the claim arises from negligence or otherwise, except where prohibited by law.

The Purchaser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless INR FAB from any claims, damages, legal actions, or lawsuits resulting from:

• installation of the system
• operation of the system
• demonstration of the system
• exhibition or public display of flame events
• reliance on installation videos, instructions, or other guidance provided by INR FAB
• resale or transfer of the system, including sale of the vehicle with the system still installed

If the system or vehicle is sold, transferred, or demonstrated to another individual, the Purchaser agrees to inform the new operator of the risks associated with the system.

The Purchaser assumes responsibility for any damages arising from failure to disclose these risks.

The Purchaser acknowledges that this Agreement may be updated, revised, or modified by INR FAB LLC from time to time.

INR FAB may update the Agreement in order to:

• reflect product updates
• incorporate additional safety guidance
• address legal or regulatory changes
• clarify operational responsibilities

The Purchaser agrees that continued use, operation, ownership, installation, or resale of the INR IGNITE system constitutes acceptance of the most current version of the Agreement.

INR FAB will make reasonable efforts to notify Purchasers of material updates to this Agreement through available communication channels such as email notifications, website updates, and customer account notices. The Purchaser agrees that notification through these channels constitutes sufficient notice of updated terms.

By typing their full legal name on the product page and adding the system to their cart, the Purchaser certifies that:

• they have read this entire Agreement
• they fully understand the risks involved
• they voluntarily accept all risks
• their typed name constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act)

The typed name must be the Purchaser’s full legal name and must match the name provided at checkout.

The Purchaser consents to conduct this transaction electronically. Upon acceptance, the typed name, the date and time of acceptance, and the version of this Agreement accepted are recorded and stored with the order as the record of signature. A copy of this Agreement remains available at the address printed on the order record.

The Purchaser certifies that they are at least 18 years of age.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and the Purchaser consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By signing this Agreement and proceeding with purchase, the Purchaser acknowledges that they:

• understand the nature of the product
• accept all risks associated with combustion-based exhaust systems
• release INR FAB from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law
