This site is operated by INR FAB LLC (“INR Fabrication,” “we,” “us”), of Portland, Oregon. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping, Returns, and Privacy policies. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.

Checkout and payment are processed by Shopify. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice; the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay. We may cancel and refund any order we can’t fulfill, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or parts we can no longer source. If we do, you get a full refund and an email explaining why.

Fitment information on this site tells you which chassis and model years a part is designed for. It’s accurate to the best of our knowledge, but you are responsible for confirming compatibility with your specific vehicle, including model year, drivetrain, and any modifications your car already has. Fabricated hardware is final sale, so check twice, order once.

Some products we sell, including downpipes and other exhaust components that alter or remove emissions equipment, are intended solely for closed-course competition and off-road use and are not legal for use on public roads on emissions-controlled vehicles. Installing such a part on a street-driven vehicle may violate the federal Clean Air Act, CARB regulations, and your state’s laws.

By purchasing, you confirm that you understand this and accept sole responsibility for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to your vehicle and its use. We make no representation that any product is legal for street use in your jurisdiction.

Our hardware is designed for professional installation. We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, use of damaged or modified parts, or installation on a vehicle the part isn’t listed to fit. If a part doesn’t fit right during install, stop and email us. Don’t force it.

Fabricated hardware carries the 1-year limited warranty described on our Returns page. Except for that express warranty, everything on this site and everything we sell is provided “as is,” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent the law allows.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including vehicle damage, towing, dyno time, track fees, or lost use.

Everything on this site, including photography, copy, logos, and design, is ours or used with permission. Don’t reproduce it commercially without written permission.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
