This policy covers inrfab.com, operated by INR FAB LLC of Portland, Oregon. Privacy questions go to info@inrfab.com.

• Order information: name, email, shipping address, phone number, and what you bought, collected through checkout so we can build, ship, and support your order.
• Messages you send us: if you email us, we keep the thread so we have the history when you come back.
• Anonymous usage data: which pages get read, where visitors arrived from, approximate location (country and region), and browser, operating system, and device type. This is aggregate traffic measurement through Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, it is never tied to your name, your order, or your IP address, and the temporary identifier behind it is discarded within 24 hours.
• Advertising measurement: tools from the platforms we advertise on, which record a visit that arrives from one of our ads and any order that follows, so we can tell which ads are worth paying for. They set their own cookies and report that visit back to the platform under its own privacy policy. We are not running this today. It is described here so nothing changes about this page without you reading it first.

That’s the list. We never sell your personal information, and we never build a profile of you.

Checkout runs on Shopify. Your payment details go directly to Shopify and its payment processors, so we never see or store your card number. Shopify’s handling of your data is covered by Shopify’s own privacy policy.

This site sets one functional cookie: it holds the id of your shopping cart so your cart survives page loads. It expires after a few days of inactivity, it identifies a cart rather than you, and it isn’t used for tracking or advertising. Our traffic measurement sets no cookies at all. If we start advertising, the measurement tools described above set their own cookies, and this section will say so. Shopify’s checkout pages set their own cookies under Shopify’s policy.

We use your information to fulfill orders, respond to messages, and send transactional emails (order confirmation, tracking, warranty follow-ups). We don’t send marketing email unless you explicitly opt in, and we never sell your personal information.

We share data only with the services that make the store work:

• Shopify: commerce platform and checkout
• Payment processors: via Shopify, to charge your order
• Shipping carriers: to deliver it
• Vercel: hosting and anonymous traffic measurement for this site

If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of advertising measurement. You do not need to ask us, fill anything in, or dismiss a banner: we read the signal and the measurement tools never load.

You can also opt out by emailing info@inrfab.com. Opting out does not change your order, your warranty, or anything else about how we treat you as a customer.

Email info@inrfab.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (we keep what tax and accounting law requires us to keep, such as order records). Depending on your state, including under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act, you may have additional rights; we honor reasonable requests regardless of where you live.

• This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
• If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated date.
