IGNITE Flame Kit
Every other flame kit makes your engine do the work. IGNITE does not. Controlled flame output for the S58 platform at the touch of a button, from a fully standalone system with its own fuel supply and its own ignition hardware. It fires on accel, not just on decel. Your ECU is never touched, and the car drives exactly the same whether the system is on or off.
Developed, built, and tested in house at INR Fabrication in Portland, Oregon.
Why standalone matters
Traditional flame kits work by cutting ignition in the cylinders and pushing unburned fuel into the exhaust. The motor pays for the show, and on a turbocharged car that's a bad trade. It also limits you to lift-off and decel, because that's the only time those systems have anything to burn.
IGNITE carries its own dedicated 2.2 gallon fuel tank, its own management system, and its own fuel and ignition hardware at the exhaust. Ignition timing is never altered and no fuel is ever pulled from the engine, so nothing about the flame effect reaches back into how the car runs. Safe for stock and turbocharged setups alike.
Because the system supplies its own fuel and ignition, it isn't waiting on the engine for an opportunity. Flames fire on accel as well as decel, anywhere you have exhaust flow.
Platform
Developed and validated on the G8X chassis. The system itself is platform agnostic and can be retrofit to just about any vehicle. A general-use version is currently in development to make that retrofit straightforward on any platform, however; this kit will work just fine if you cannot wait. Just let us know what car it’ll be going on.
Fuel
The system will run on other fuels, but we recommend E85. It burns noticeably cooler and leaves far less soot behind, so your tips stay clean and the exhaust exit stays cooler under repeat use.

Installation
Installation instructions are delivered with purchase. Roughly 1 to 2 days for a professional shop, 2 to 4 days if you are doing it yourself. We HIGHLY recommend using a trusted professional shop to ensure of leak prevention and proper routing.
IGNITE is a fully integrated system, not a plug-in accessory, and the install reflects that. Fitting the kit involves drilling the wheel arch for tube and plumbing routing, modifying the passenger side trunk cover for the same routing, and modifying the back side of the wireless charging tray to seat the interior control module. If you are comfortable making permanent modifications to your car, the kit installs with common tools. If not, we recommend a professional shop, and we install every kit we sell at our Portland shop by appointment.
